Information on the site

Pop-ups and temporary events change often. We work to keep listings accurate and note when they were last updated, but dates, locations, prices and availability can change without notice. Check the official link before you go. Inclusion on popup.guide is not an endorsement, and editorial coverage of a brand doesn’t mean that brand is a Popup Guide customer or partner.

Sponsored and Popup Guide content

Paid placements are labeled “Sponsored”. Events produced by Popup Guide are labeled “Popup Guide Presents” or “Popup Guide Co-Production”. Everything else is independently selected.

Submissions

• Submitting news, a tip, your brand or an inquiry never guarantees coverage, listing, selection or participation.
• Nothing you submit is published automatically, and we respect embargoes you tell us about.
• You confirm that what you send is accurate and that you have the right to share it. For press submissions and uploaded materials, you grant Popup Guide a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit and publish them, with credit as provided, for editorial consideration and coverage across our site, newsletters and social channels.
• Don’t submit anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

Events and participation

RSVPs and registration for Popup Guide events are handled through Luma and don’t guarantee admission. Brand participation, pricing, space and optional services are confirmed only in a separate written agreement. We don’t guarantee attendance, sales, orders, leads or press for any participating brand.

Links to other sites

We link to brands, venues, ticketing and registration pages we don’t control and aren’t responsible for them.

Our content

The popup.guide name, design and original content belong to Popup Guide. Don’t copy or reuse them beyond personal, non-commercial use without permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Popup Guide isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from third-party events, products or venues listed on it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. We may update them; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes.
